- Ensure you are aware of admission fees, payable upon arrival
- Full payment to be made two weeks prior to admission
- Responsible adult organised to accompany you from JSDS on discharge and stay with you at home on the first night
- Bring all medications that have been prescribed to you on the day of surgery
- Wear clothing as instructed by the nursing team
