Please take the time to complete the Patient Satisfaction Survey given to you upon discharge. You can leave this survey in reception or hand it back to your nurse. Your honest feedback is very important to us and any suggestions for improvements you may have will be valued as well as welcomed.

If, in the event you are dissatisfied with something, please, in the first instance speak with the person concerned regarding the issue to have it resolved at the time. If the issue is not resolved or you do not feel comfortable discussing the issue there are other options

  • Telephone, email, or write to the Director of Nursing [email protected]
  • Complete a Compliments, Complaints, Concerns  & Suggestion form located in Recovery 2

If you are still dissatisfied:

  • Contact the surgeon who performed your surgery
  • Should you feel that your complaint has still not been adequately dealt with, you may want to contact an external body such as the Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC)

The HCCC’s role is to investigate complaints of a serious nature. The Patient Support Officers can provide assistance and advise to help resolve serious concerns;
